The course is designed for clergy who have been in post for about fifteen years and have at least ten more years before retirement. In a supportive and prayerful context you will be challenged to review your journey in ministry so far and encouraged to renew your vision and set practical goals for the future.

This four day residential course blends the theory and practice of the supervisory process. It will be of special interest to all whose ministry involves the supervision of others as well as those who wish to enrich their experience of being supervised. Training incumbents, chaplains, religious educators, parish teams and spiritual directors will find it particularly relevant to their work.

2009 Supervision Brochure

The 24 hour residential, pre-retirement course is offered to clergy in the year of their 60th birthday. Spouses are also invited and the course aims to offer a mix of practical and spiritual help in preparing for retirement. It usually runs in June each year.
